wxRuby version 1.9.8 is now available as source and binaries for numerous platforms. This release is intended to be the final pre-2.0 version. Major changes include adding the HelpProvider family of classes; fixes for compatibility with ruby 1.8.7 and ruby 1.9; updating to wxWidgets 2.8.8; and very many bugfixes, corrections to the docs, and minor additions.
